10th Panel Discussion

If you’re reading this then labour market integration and employability of migrants in Germany must be of your interest in one way or another.

So it has been for both IOM Germany and Lingoda.

We started collaborating in November 2022 to dive deeper into the topics of migration, labour mobility, empowering global talents and how this can be achieved by integration and educational programmes in Germany.

We reached out to specialists in the areas to build a thought-leadership group, so with each meeting we deepened the understanding on how migration can be successful for both the global talents as well as for Germany.

We have organised nine panel discussions up to date where we covered most of the angles of migration, and today we’re happy to have you reading this and wanting to participate in our 10th panel discussion!

We hope that by the end of the event you’ll feel even more determined, empowered and motivated to build the environment newcomers in Germany deserve.

Today we also celebrate the learnings, the people supporting migrants and the talented people from all over the world coming to Germany to fullfill their dreams and potential!
